I have recently completed the RSPH - Royal Society for Public Health - Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid.

This achievement has been a profound learning experience, equipping me with the skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of individuals and communities.

For me this qualification means also a commitment to fostering a culture of empathy, understanding, and support.
